1. Acceptance

By purchasing from esim.turnaa.cloud, or through the Turnaa eSIM mobile app for iOS or Android, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Turna LLC, Houston, TX, USA.

2. Eligibility & your responsibility

• You must be 18 or older to purchase.
• You are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchase.
• You are responsible for entering a correct email address — that is where your eSIM is delivered.

3. The service

• We sell prepaid eSIM data plans provisioned on local partner networks in 190+ countries.
• Plans are non-transferable: once installed, a profile is bound to that device.
• Data, validity and activation rules are shown on each plan page before purchase.
• Coverage and speed depend on local carriers; we cannot guarantee specific speeds or uninterrupted service in every location.

4. The mobile app

• We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Turnaa eSIM app to buy and manage your own plans. The app itself is free.
• Plans bought in the app are sold by Turna LLC and paid for through Stripe, not through Apple or Google. They are not in-app purchases, and the app stores do not refund them — refunds are covered in section 7 and are handled by us.
• Notifications about your own plans are part of the service. You can switch them off in the app or in your phone’s settings at any time, and nothing else stops working.
• Do not decompile the app, or use it to resell plans, without written permission from us.
• We may end support for older versions of the app. Plans you already own are unaffected and stay usable on your device.

5. Fair use & acceptable use

• Plans are for personal use in the covered destinations. Commercial resale or bulk activation is prohibited.
• Unlawful use, network abuse, or fraud leads to suspension without refund.
• Plans marked “unlimited” may reduce speed after the daily high-speed allowance, as described on the plan page.

6. Prices & payment

• Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Payment is processed immediately by Stripe, or from your Turnaa wallet balance if you choose it at checkout. We never store your full card number.
• Price changes apply to future purchases only.

7. Refunds

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund while the eSIM is still uninstalled and no data has been used. Request it from your account; we verify the profile with our supplier, release it, and refund to whatever paid for the order — the original card, or your wallet balance. Cashback earned on a refunded order is reversed. Activated eSIMs are non-refundable, except where activation fails and we cannot fix it. Full details in the refund policy.

8. Wallet & store credit

• Your wallet holds store credit in USD. You can top it up at checkout between $5 and $500 per transaction; payment-processing fees, when they apply, are shown before you pay.
• Wallet credit can be spent on any plan we sell and can be transferred to another Turnaa account. It is store credit, not a deposit account: it earns no interest and cannot be paid out as cash, except for partner commissions under section 9.
• Credit does not expire. If we close your account for the reasons in section 4, any remaining credit that was paid for with money is returned to you.
• Refunds paid into your wallet can be spent immediately; refunds to a card follow your bank’s timing, usually 3–5 business days.

9. Cashback

• Signed-in customers earn cashback as wallet credit on completed orders. The current rate is shown at checkout before you pay, and it is the rate that applies to that order.
• Cashback is credited when the order completes, and is reversed if the order is later refunded or cancelled.
• Partner accounts earn commission on referred orders instead of cashback.
• We may change or end the cashback programme at any time; changes never affect cashback already credited.

10. Partner programme

• Anyone can apply to our affiliate programme. Acceptance is at our discretion, and the commission rate and any per-order minimum are shown in your partner dashboard.
• A referral is attributed when a visitor arrives through your link and orders within the attribution window shown in your dashboard (currently 30 days, last click).
• Commissions on refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders are reversed. You may not earn commission on your own purchases.
• Payouts are made once your unpaid balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard, to a payout account you connect yourself through Stripe. We do not hold your bank details.
• Promotion by spam, misleading claims, trademark or brand-name bidding, cookie stuffing, or discount-code injection ends participation and forfeits unpaid commission.
• Either side may leave at any time. Commission already earned on valid orders remains payable.

11. Business & API access

• Business partners may receive API access under a separate written agreement, which sets the commercial terms; this section covers use of the interface itself.
• Your API token identifies you. Keep it secret, do not share or resell it, and tell us at once if it is exposed.
• Plan and pricing data supplied through the API is licensed for presenting and selling our plans. It may not be republished as a standalone dataset or passed to a competing catalogue.
• We may apply fair-usage limits, and we may suspend access for abuse, non-payment or security reasons.
• Orders placed through the API are subject to the same service, refund and acceptable-use rules as orders placed on the site.

12. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turna LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (missed calls, lost business, roaming charges from your home carrier, etc.). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.

13. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; significant changes are announced on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
