Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to deliver your eSIM, we protect it, and we never sell it. Here is exactly what that means.
Encrypted
TLS everywhere. Payments handled by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
Your data, your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion any time — one email is enough.
Never sold
No data brokers, no ad networks, no selling of personal data. Period.
1. Who we are
The Turnaa eSIM store (esim.turnaa.cloud) is operated by Turna LLC, Houston, TX, USA (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the website and the Turnaa eSIM mobile app for iOS and Android alike.
2. Information we collect
- Order information — your email address and the plan(s) you purchased.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We receive only a tokenized reference and the last 4 digits.
- Provisioning data — the eSIM identifier issued by our supplier so we can activate and support your plan.
- Stripe Connect — partners only, to verify identity and pay commissions to the account they connect.
- App and device information — if you use our mobile app: the device type and the app version, so support can reproduce a problem. If you allow notifications, your device is issued a push token by Apple or Google. It identifies the device, not you, and it is removed when you sign out or turn notifications off.
- Usage data — data consumption per plan (for the balance you see) and basic site analytics / server logs.
- Wallet activity — top-ups, spending, cashback and refunds on your store credit, so your balance and history stay correct.
- Referral information — if you arrive through a partner link, a first-party cookie records which partner sent you so their commission can be calculated. It holds no personal data and expires after 30 days.
- Partner details — only if you join our partner programme: the payout account you connect and the earnings we owe you. Identity and bank details are collected by Stripe, never by us.
3. How we use it
- To provision and deliver your eSIM and send your QR code and order updates.
- To provide customer support and troubleshoot activations.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal / tax obligations.
- To send service emails. Marketing emails only with your opt-in — unsubscribe with one click.
- To notify you about your own plans in the app — one running low, or about to expire — if you allow notifications. These are part of the service you bought. Marketing notifications are a separate choice and stay off unless you turn them on.
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our eSIM supplier — to provision your plan on the local networks.
- Email delivery service — transactional emails only.
- Apple and Google — only to carry a notification to your device, and only if you allow notifications.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. Retention, security & where your data lives
Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting compliance. All traffic to our site is TLS-encrypted. Your installed eSIM profile is encrypted and bound to your device — we cannot read your traffic, calls or messages.
We are a United States company, and our suppliers operate internationally, so your information is processed outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with each supplier, and we send them no more than each one needs to do its part.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: session cookies (cart and login), security cookies (fraud/CSRF protection) and basic analytics. Disabling cookies in your browser may break checkout.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or export of your data, by emailing info@turnaa.cloud. We respond within 30 days. In the app you can also start this yourself under Settings → Delete account; we email you to confirm before anything is removed. Notifications can be switched off at any time in Settings or in your phone’s own settings. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
