Delivery policy
Your eSIM is a digital product. There is no box, no courier and no waiting: delivery happens by email within seconds of payment.
1. Checkout
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Only your email is required.
2. Email in ~30s
Your QR code and install instructions arrive within about 30 seconds.
3. Scan & install
Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM. Installation takes 1–2 minutes on Wi-Fi.
4. Connected
Plan activates per its rule — usually on first use at the destination.
Good to know
Multiple destinations in one order
Each plan arrives as its own QR code in the same email. Install them all — they wait on your phone until used.
QR also on the success page
Right after payment we show the QR on screen too, so you can install immediately without opening your inbox.
