Installing a travel eSIM takes about two minutes. After purchase, we email you a QR code (and show it on the order page). Here’s how to set it up.

On iPhone

  1. Go to Settings › Cellular (or Mobile Data).
  2. Tap Add eSIM → Use QR Code.
  3. Scan the QR we sent you.
  4. Label the plan (e.g. “Travel”) and choose it for data at your destination.

On Android

  1. Open Settings and search for SIM or eSIM.
  2. Tap Add eSIM / Download a SIM instead.
  3. Scan the QR code.
  4. Enable the eSIM and turn on data roaming for that line (this lets it use the local partner network).

Tips

  • Install on Wi-Fi before you travel; activation usually happens when you arrive.
  • Keep your home SIM as default for calls/texts, and use the eSIM for data.
